CommunityScale is partnering with the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, NY, to conduct a Housing Needs Assessment and Market Study.
This project aims to identify and address gaps in housing supply and affordability across planning horizons. We’re looking forward to engaging with the stakeholders of Downtown Syracuse through innovative engagement strategies, including interactive online mapping and community workshops, as we explore and quantify supply, demand, and constraints to housing unit production.
