Fall River Housing Market Analysis

CommunityScale is supporting the City of Fall River on the next phase of the Davol Street Master Plan, a transformational redevelopment effort on the waterfront. The team is developing a detailed housing plan, housing needs assessment, and housing market analysis that informs a large-scale mixed use redevelopment master plan along the city’s waterfront.

We are also reviewing the existing conditions on the site, conducting an audit of their zoning, developing socioeconomic data, and producing associated charts and maps. The team is working with Stantec Urban Places on this effort.

Jeff Sauser, co-founding Principal at CommunityScale, has over 10 years experience leading urban design and planning projects for public and private sector clients in complex urban contexts across the country. His work emphasizes the role of housing policy and production in driving economic development progress and creating opportunities for socioeconomic mobility across the community. He is particularly interested in applying emerging big data resources and AI tools to help clients and communities plan smarter and more proactively.
